The trial plan has been designed to enable you to try Apex27 and make sure it offers you the features and functionality that you require.
If you require additional users, then you can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial period.
All of our contracts are auto-renewing every calendar month. You can add or remove users at any time within the current billing period and your next subscription payment will be pro-rated accordingly. Fixed term contracts are available upon request.
Support is free. Training and data import costs dependent upon requirements.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express card payments. Your card information is not stored by us, but is stored by our payment processor.
Our single-user and multi-user plans are exactly the same, except for the number of users who can log-in. So by trying the trial plan you are effectively using the same software as the multi-user plan.

Both plans support sales, lettings, commercial and auctions.
If you cancel your subscription, your account will lock. Prior to cancellation you can request a full export of your data.
If your account is not accessed at least once every 12 months, we will reserve the right to purge your data.
At any time you can request a full export of all the data we hold on our platform for your account.
