Working together with a conveyancer who, according to the agency, “will meet with the vendor to talk through the whole process” where sellers are also given video materials explaining the process of moving.
Acquiring the services of the right conveyancer is crucial as they will be the one to set the pace and keep things moving as they manage things like stamp duty charges, the collection and transfer of money, the drawing of contracts and dealing with the Land Registry. In other words, the conveyancer handles the legal work that is required from the period where the offer is accepted until the completion of the sale.
Removals Firm
The agency has also simplified things further and reduced additional stress by partnering with House Moving Solutions, a Yorkshire-based firm which will “assist the vendor to declutter and stage their home, and also provide a bespoke six week moving plan with weekly calls to keep them on track and prepare the vendor for their moving day.”
Moving can be a total nightmare. Removal companies help pack and move personal effects to their new destinations safely and without damage.
